Front Desk Woes: I'm a Front Desk Agent

Because no Blog about a hotel or front desk is complete without this gem, I will add it now. I'm not sure who wrote it, but I'm can guess most every hotel has one posted somewhere. I have advanced degrees in Accounting, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, ... It is not a problem for me to give you seven connecting, non-smoking, poolside suites with two king beds in each, four rollaways, 3 cribs, and yes, I can install a wet bar. ...
